About the role
As a Guest Relations Executive (Hostess) you will be the first point of contact for guests at Couqley French Brasserie in Downtown Dubai, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Take reservations and greet guests upon arrival, managing seating arrangements efficiently.
- Assist the restaurant team in checking daily mise en place to meet service requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, current promotions and provide tailored recommendations.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the Restaurant General Manager, supporting overall operations.
- Ensure compliance with Accor’s Operational Standards Manual and related documentation.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous experience in a similar role within fine‑dining or standalone restaurant environments.
- Proficiency in Arabic and/or French is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
