Guest Relations Executive Hostess

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at Couqley French Brasserie, delivering a warm and memorable welcome in a premium‑casual dining setting. This role combines front‑of‑house hospitality with operational support to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take reservations and warmly welcome guests to the outlet.
• Coordinate seating arrangements and manage guest flow during peak periods.
• Assist with daily mise en place checks to guarantee service readiness.
• Stay knowledgeable about menus, promotions and provide tailored recommendations.
• Handle special guest requests and ensure timely, personalized service.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
• Maintain familiarity with operational standards and relevant documentation.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a passion for delivering personalized hospitality.
• Previous experience in a fine‑dining or standalone restaurant environment.
• Arabic and/or French language proficiency is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the restaurant team.
• Familiarity with Accor operational standards and documentation.
