Guest Relations Executive – Sultan's Lounge

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive will be the face of the Sultan's Lounge, ensuring every guest receives the distinguished service expected at a 5‑star resort. You will manage the hostess desk, handle reservations, and resolve guest issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Man the hostess desk, greet guests, escort them, and answer menu queries.
• Schedule dining reservations and process special requests following SOPs and the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist.
• Address guest complaints quickly, gather feedback, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Maintain guest privacy by adhering to confidentiality protocols and accurate documentation.
• Know the dining room layout, table numbers, stations, and shift colleagues.
• Support team tasks such as training, cleaning, and inventory while upholding Jumeirah’s luxury standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or secondary education.
• 1‑2 years of guest‑service experience in a 5‑star hotel, preferably in casual or all‑day dining.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking); additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Micros POS system.
• Familiarity with Epicure restaurant reservation system.
