Guest Relations Executive – Sultan's Lounge

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray as a Guest Relations Executive for the Sultan’s Lounge. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious dining experience in a world‑class resort.

Key responsibilities

• Man the hostess desk at all times, greet guests promptly, escort them as needed and answer menu‑related queries.
• Schedule dining reservations and handle special requests in line with the Restaurant Reservations SOP and the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist.
• Address guest complaints quickly, gather feedback and drive continuous service improvement.
• Maintain guest privacy by following confidentiality protocols and accurately documenting guest data and history.
• Stay familiar with the dining room layout, table numbers, stations and shift colleagues.
• Support team efforts by assisting with training, cleaning and inventory tasks while upholding Jumeirah’s luxury service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or secondary education.
• 1‑2 years experience in guest‑service roles within a 5‑star hotel, casual or all‑day dining environment.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); additional language is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Micros and Epicure restaurant reservation systems.
