Join Zabeel House The Greens in Dubai as a Guest Relations Executive, delivering warm, personalized service to every guest. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay while representing the luxury standards of the Jumeirah brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a high level of personalized service throughout their stay.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, acting as the main liaison.
• Build strong relationships by understanding guest preferences and anticipating needs.
• Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery situations efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requests in a timely manner.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining venues, recreational activities, and special promotions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality Operations within a 4‑star or 5‑star luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of guest service excellence, luxury hospitality standards, and service recovery techniques.
• Proven ability to create exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns effectively.
