Guest Relations Host (Butler)

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Guest Relations Host (Butler) to deliver personalised, discreet, and exceptional service to members, VIPs and guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects the club’s luxury positioning and creates a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members, VIPs and guests warmly and provide butler‑style service throughout their visit.
• Anticipate and respond proactively to individual preferences, requests and special arrangements.
• Assist with seating, dining, refreshments, reservations, bookings and private functions.
• Coordinate with concierge, valet, hospitality, membership, events, equestrian and operations teams.
• Prepare and maintain guest areas, tables and lounges to luxury standards.
• Handle luggage, personal belongings and packages as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of member preferences and service notes.
• Address enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally while preserving strict confidentiality.
