Guest Relations Manager – Luxury Beach Club

About the role

Sirene Beach by Gaia is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead the guest relations function at its luxury beach club and Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai. The role involves delivering seamless, personalised experiences for all guests, from arrival through departure, and acting as the primary ambassador of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality.
• Build strong relationships with regular, VIP and high‑profile guests, remembering preferences and anticipating needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests, feedback, special occasions and service recovery.
• Coordinate with reservations, restaurant, bar, events and operations teams to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Maintain awareness of daily reservations, VIP bookings, special requests and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and create memorable moments.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring appropriate follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to support personalised service.
• Support management in upholding high standards of service, presentation and hospitality.
• Coach front‑of‑house staff on guest engagement and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations, luxury hospitality, fine dining or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with VIP guests and local influencers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, confident demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and service‑recovery capabilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in Dubai’s hospitality sector is highly desirable.
