About the role

As the Guest Relations Manager for Ling Ling at Atlantis The Palm Dubai, you will lead the delivery of exceptional, personalized service to high‑profile guests. You will ensure every interaction reflects the resort’s ultra‑luxury standards and creates memorable experiences that drive loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VIP bookings, special requests and exclusive experiences, coordinating with operations, service and events teams.
• Develop and implement guest loyalty initiatives and tailored engagement programmes.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of guest preferences and ensure discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure flawless execution of guest services.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in VIP or guest relations within luxury hospitality, fine dining, nightlife or lifestyle venues.
• Proven ability to manage high‑profile clientele with discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to anticipate guest needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
