Guest Relations Officer – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer will be the first point of contact for guests at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, delivering warm, personalized service throughout their stay. This role combines front‑office operations with guest‑centric problem solving in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage efficient check‑in/check‑out, and provide ongoing assistance during their stay.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on resort facilities, activities, promotions, and local attractions while promoting hotel outlets.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Bell Team, Housekeeping, Guest Services Centre and other departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records, billing, cashiering transactions and front‑office documentation in line with company policies.
• Ensure front‑office operations comply with hotel standards, health, safety and security requirements.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, VIPs and special requests to deliver personalized service.
• Participate in training, continuously develop product knowledge and operational skills.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and represent the resort professionally.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support front‑office efficiency.
