Guest Room Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a future luxury resort opening in 2027. The role involves preparing and maintaining guest rooms and suites to the highest standards, ensuring a memorable stay for our discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Report for shift on time in proper uniform and name tag.
• Attend briefings and follow resort standards and procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and replenish assigned rooms, including dusting, linen changes, vacuuming, and amenity restocking.
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and manage mobile carts without damaging corridors.
• Anticipate guest needs, address inquiries, and personalize interactions using guest names.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene compliance and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Participate in inventory checks and report lost items or unusual behavior.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Guest Room Attendant in a hotel or resort.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or additional work experience is a plus.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
