Guest Service Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join the front‑office team at The Chedi Al Bait in Sharjah as a Guest Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for Arabic‑speaking guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly during check‑in and check‑out, handling registration, billing and payment procedures.
• Assist with room reservations, provide information on hotel services, promotions and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns, maintaining a professional attitude.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering and other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
• Manage guest complaints, escalating to the Front Office Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
• Maintain accurate guest records while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Balance cash transactions and prepare daily financial reports in line with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Professional appearance and adherence to hotel standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays and overnight periods.
