Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team in Dubai and be the first smile guests see. As a Guest Service Agent you will create memorable experiences by delivering warm welcomes, seamless check‑ins and check‑outs, and personalized assistance throughout each stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process departures efficiently by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Share comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to assist guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications effectively.
