About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Guest Service Agent you will brighten guests’ days, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out while delivering memorable experiences that reflect the warmth of our brand.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell service assistance.
Process check‑out by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
Provide comprehensive information on hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions.
Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly and manage communications effectively.
