About the role

As a Guest Service Agent Intern at Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre, you will join the front‑office team to support daily guest interactions and ensure a memorable stay for visitors. This 3‑month internship offers hands‑on exposure to hospitality operations in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and general inquiries, delivering courteous and efficient service.
• Support the front‑office team in handling reservations, phone calls and email communications.
• Help resolve guest issues promptly, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about gaining experience in the Front Office department.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Quick learner with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
