About the role
Join the Front Office team at Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre as a Guest Service Agent Intern. You will support daily operations and help create memorable experiences for guests in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑level, customer‑focused service to all guests.
- Assist with check‑in, check‑out, and reservation inquiries.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Handle multiple front‑desk tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy.
- Support problem‑solving efforts and address guest concerns promptly.
Required profile
