About the role
Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality, a collection of six international hotels on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Guest Service Agent. The role centres on delivering exceptional service at the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is a significant advantage.
- Ability to manage guest requests and preferences calmly, efficiently and courteously.
- Highly organised, able to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and proactivity.
- Keeps up with the latest hospitality trends.
