Guest Service Executive - Gift Shop

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Executive to manage our luxury hotel gift shop in Dubai, delivering personalized service and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Assist guests with product selection and provide accurate recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments.
• Maintain the outlet clean, organized and attractive to 5‑star standards.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish products and ensure proper display and pricing.
• Receive deliveries, assist with stock control and report discrepancies.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Promote products and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a service‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality/hotel.
• Fluent in Russian or Arabic with good command of English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales‑driven, proactive and well‑presented.
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• POS system operation.
