Guest Service Executive – Spa

About the role

Join the award‑winning Jumeirah Saadiyat Island resort as a Guest Service Executive in the spa. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards and creates memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a unique and outstanding experience to all spa guests, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Welcome and orient guests, providing efficient and effective service at all times.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of spa services, treatments, facilities, and products to answer guest inquiries accurately.
• Guide, promote, and upsell spa services and products, contributing to revenue growth.
• Handle bookings, scheduling, and billing using the resort’s reservation systems.
• Actively manage guest feedback and requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent country‑specific qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods.
• Team player with high accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, honesty, and high energy.
