About the role
The Guest Service Officer – Guest Relations ensures every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm. You will act as the primary point of contact in the lobby, delivering personalized service from arrival through departure.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and personalize guest arrivals based on preferences, coordinating with relevant hotel departments.
- Manage the lobby area, greeting guests and visitors while handling inquiries and requests.
- Create memorable experiences through creative initiatives and authentic stay experiences.
- Ensure a smooth, hassle‑free departure process, aiming for high guest satisfaction and recognition.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Prior experience in Front Office or Guest Relations within hotel operations.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in German, French and other European languages is preferred.
