Guest Service Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Service Supervisor leads the Front Office team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and personalized service throughout their stay. This role combines operational oversight with hands‑on guest interaction to maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Guest Service/Front Office operations and ensure smooth shift activities.
• Deliver efficient check‑in and check‑out experiences and handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints.
• Guide and coach Guest Service Agents to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor guest preferences, VIP arrivals, special requests and ensure accurate guest information, billing and room assignments.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, Bell Desk and other departments.
• Conduct shift briefings, handovers and ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards and safety requirements.
• Assist with training, coaching and development of team members and support Front Office leadership in achieving guest satisfaction and operational targets.

Required profile

• Previous Front Office or Guest Service experience in a hotel, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and guest‑handling skills.
• Good leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
