Guest Services Executive – Front Office

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, delivering personalized service to both business and leisure travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check‑in/check‑out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, coordinating with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation and F&B.
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with service standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑2 years experience in Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably with an international 5‑star hotel brand.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, guest service standards and hotel policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse cultural guests.
• Proactive problem‑solving abilities.
