Guest Services Officer – Emirati Talent Opportunity

About the role

M42 Health is seeking a Guest Services Officer to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at its Abu Dhabi facilities. The role combines front‑desk reception, patient registration, and basic billing duties while ensuring compliance with local health regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, verify identity, and capture demographic and insurance information in the EMR system.
• Check insurance eligibility, explain out‑of‑pocket costs, and collect co‑pays or deductibles.
• Obtain required signatures for consent and compliance documents.
• Schedule appointments, make reminder calls, and assist with discharge coordination.
• Handle inbound phone calls, address inquiries, and manage patient feedback with empathy.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and produce receipts.
• Participate in department meetings, training, and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred) and a customer‑service mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection standards.
