About the role

Oaklyn Real Estate is expanding its off‑plan sales team in Dubai and seeks a motivated consultant fluent in Gujarati. You will connect with Gujarati‑speaking investors and guide them through property investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for off‑plan property investments across Dubai’s top developments.
• Build strong relationships with Gujarati‑speaking clients, understanding their investment goals.
• Guide clients through the full off‑plan buying journey—from property selection to closing.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real‑estate market trends, new launches, and developer offerings.
• Represent Oaklyn Real Estate at property launches, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Fluency in Gujarati and English (Hindi a plus).
• Prior experience in real‑estate sales, preferably off‑plan.
• Strong network within the Gujarati/Indian business community in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
