About the role
Rerotti Hair & Beauty is seeking a full‑time hairdresser to join its Dubai salon. You will deliver professional cutting, styling, coloring and treatment services while ensuring a premium client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend suitable solutions.
- Perform hair cutting, styling, coloring and treatment procedures tailored to diverse hair types.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation and uphold salon safety standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and support retail recommendations.
- Manage appointment times efficiently and collaborate with the salon team.
Required profile
- Strong hair cutting and styling abilities with experience on various hair types.
- Solid knowledge of hair care treatments, maintenance routines and product usage.
- Formal training or certification in cosmetology or a related field.
- Excellent customer‑service skills, clear communication and a client‑focused attitude.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
