Hammam Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Hammam team at One&Only Royal Mirage as a Receptionist, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests using the Hammam facilities, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s standards of warmth, creativity, and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests entering the Hammam, providing information and personalized service.
• Generate revenue through retail sales, upselling, and cross‑selling to other resort amenities.
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage bookings using the resort’s software systems.
• Collaborate with the Hammam Manager and other departments to coordinate special requests and events.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards throughout the Hammam area.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar front‑desk or reception role within a luxury resort or five‑star hotel.
• Strong background in health & beauty services and retail sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Flexible, dynamic, and able to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Leadership potential and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency with relevant reservation and point‑of‑sale software.
