HC Lead – Rewards, Analytics and Planning

About the role

The HC Lead – Rewards, Analytics and Planning will support the strategic and operational delivery of total rewards, people analytics, HC data audits, and technology enhancements. This position ensures data‑driven decision‑making, process automation, and continuous improvement of HC services aligned with Group AMANA’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and support implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
• Lead periodic HC data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting readiness.
• Maintain and enhance the HC Data Warehouse and Power BI dashboards for real‑time workforce insights.
• Develop analytics frameworks and dashboards to track retention, productivity, and other workforce trends.
• Drive digitisation of HC processes, including payroll, attendance, and reporting systems, and support AI‑driven tools for data validation and predictive analytics.
• Lead HC budgeting cycles in collaboration with finance and business partners.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in total rewards, compensation design, and benefits administration.
• Proven ability to conduct HC data audits and manage data warehouses.
• Experience collaborating with data science, governance, and finance teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to process automation.
