Sr. EPMO Specialist (AE)

About the role

The Senior EPMO Specialist will drive the planning, execution, and governance of Oracle HCM‑related projects, ensuring alignment across business, HR, IT, and vendor teams. This role monitors project performance, manages risks, and supports change management initiatives within a fast‑track industrial construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and report on project milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall progress.
• Support planning, execution, and governance of Oracle HCM projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and governance materials.
• Coordinate activities across business, HR, IT, and vendors to meet project objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests with appropriate escalation.
• Maintain project management tools, resource trackers, and reporting systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between teams and external partners.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation tasks such as requirements gathering, process mapping, testing coordination, and deployment planning.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect tracking, and validation of system changes.
• Assist with change management, training coordination, and user adoption initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EPMO methodologies, project management standards, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain project portfolios, RAID logs, and related repositories.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EPMO or PMO roles, preferably within HR or technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM implementation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating governance activities such as steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
