Head Chef

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead kitchen operations for a new café in Sharjah, UAE. You will be responsible for menu preparation, food quality, staff management, and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee specialty coffee, fresh juices, crispy chicken items, and popular Arabic cuisines.
• Lead, train and manage kitchen staff to ensure fast service and high quality.
• Oversee inventory management, stock ordering and wastage control.
• Maintain strict standards of kitchen sanitation, safety and hygiene.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on culinary and kitchen management experience in a café or restaurant.
• Strong leadership, team management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Currently available in the UAE on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
