About the role
Join the pre‑opening team of Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as Head Chef. You will lead all kitchen operations, ensuring high‑quality food, strict hygiene, and seamless service across multiple outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Main Kitchen, Room Service, Pastry/Bakery, Garde‑Manger, All‑day Dining and Banquets/Events.
- Manage profit, stock, and waste control while maintaining food standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen brigade in line with company policies.
- Handle employee relations with HR support and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Participate in menu development and uphold Arabian hospitality traditions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as Executive Sous Chef in a 5‑star hotel.
- Proven ability to lead multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience with outlet openings and multi‑outlet operations.
Required skills
- HACCP procedures and application.
