Head Hostess – Luxury Dining at Carbone

About the role

As Head Hostess at Carbone, the flagship restaurant of Atlantis The Royal, you will engage guests with natural, unscripted conversation, ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects the resort’s ultra‑luxury standards. Working closely with the Bar and Dining teams, you will help orchestrate seamless service, support the team in a fast‑paced environment, and benefit from continuous training to sharpen your food‑and‑beverage expertise and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests in authentic, personalized dialogue while maintaining brand standards.
• Coordinate with Bar and Dining teams to deliver seamless service.
• Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance service and product knowledge.
• Mentor and support junior hostesses to uphold service excellence.
• Monitor and uphold health, safety and hygiene standards in the dining area.

Required profile

• International exposure in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum two years experience in a luxury hotel and restaurant environment.
