Head Hostess – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head Hostess to lead our front‑of‑house team in a premier luxury hospitality venue in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a personalized, seamless guest experience from arrival through seating.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the hostess team, ensuring professional presentation and communication.
• Manage reservations, table allocation, VIP guest handling and peak‑period seating.
• Coordinate closely with restaurant management to maintain luxury service standards.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Train new hostesses and continuously improve front‑of‑house processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of hospitality experience, preferably in luxury restaurants, fine dining or 5‑star hotels.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead hostess role supervising a front‑of‑house team.
• Excellent English communication skills; Russian or another European language is a plus.
• Professional, confident appearance with strong leadership and organisational abilities.
