Head Nurse (Arabic Speaking) – HealthHub Clinic, JVC, Dubai

About the role

HealthHub Clinic, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing operations at its modern multidisciplinary clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. This senior leadership role requires fluent Arabic and English to ensure high‑quality patient care and effective collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a team of nursing professionals, managing daily staffing, scheduling and workflow.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and performance support, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee clinical operations to ensure safe, evidence‑based nursing care, medication management, documentation and compliance with DHA regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals and operational teams to optimise clinic efficiency and patient experience.
• Monitor clinical KPIs, quality assurance activities and uphold accreditation standards.
• Promote a positive, collaborative culture and support recruitment, onboarding and training of nursing staff.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Manager.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Proficiency in nursing documentation and medication management processes.
• Leadership, team management and performance coaching abilities.
