Head Nurse – HealthHub Clinic, Jumeirah Village Circle

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing operations at its modern multidisciplinary clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The role provides clinical leadership, operational oversight and day‑to‑day management of a high‑performing nursing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a team of nursing professionals, managing staffing, scheduling and workflow.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and performance support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safe, evidence‑based nursing care, support physicians during consultations and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with DHA regulations, infection‑control standards and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee medication management, documentation, quality‑assurance activities and monitor clinical KPIs.
• Deliver excellent patient experience, support chronic disease management and promote patient safety.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, etc.).
• Previous experience in UAE healthcare and in managing nursing rosters and clinic operations.
• Current BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS and/or PALS desirable.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.

• Strong computer literacy.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
