Head of AI & Automation

About the role

The Head of AI & Automation will lead the firm’s AI, automation and data initiatives, turning prototypes and road‑maps into everyday business solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO/COO, the role bridges technology, investment teams and external partners to embed AI across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage AI tools, LLMs, RAG/search and automation platforms.
• Drive training, adoption and change‑management programmes for senior stakeholders.
• Design, integrate and govern workflow automation across cloud environments.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure responsible AI deployment.
• Collaborate with IT, portfolio operations and investment teams to align AI solutions with business goals.

Required profile

• Commercially minded AI practitioner with experience in complex, regulated environments (e.g., private equity, financial services).
• Proven track record of translating business needs into high‑value AI workflows.
• Strong communication skills, able to coach senior leaders and high‑performing teams.
• Hands‑on, high‑output work style suited to a fast‑paced global organisation.
