Head of AI Business Engagement – Data Science

About the role

The Business Engagement in the Data Analytics Department will play a key role in bridging business and data analytics teams to drive data‑driven decision‑making, promote a data culture, and deliver strategic insights. This individual will lead engagement initiatives with business stakeholders, identify and prioritize analytics projects, and ensure alignment with business objectives to create value for Miral.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand goals and data needs, acting as a strategic advisor.
• Align analytics initiatives with business priorities, identifying opportunities to leverage data for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize and deliver impactful data analytics projects.
• Lead change‑management efforts to drive data literacy and adoption of analytical tools across units.
• Develop and implement strategies for data‑driven transformation, monitoring KPIs to assess impact.
• Act as the primary voice for the Data Analytics Department in business forums, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify process improvements, promote best practices in data governance, quality, and compliance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to business challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business engagement or analytics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in data analytics, statistical analysis, and advanced modelling techniques.
