Head of AI Transformation & Domain Rewiring (MBB)

About the role

Join one of the world’s most ambitious AI transformation programmes, redesigning large‑scale operational environments through agentic AI, intelligent automation and enterprise AI capabilities. As Head of AI Transformation & Domain Rewiring you will build a new AI Delivery Function and lead multiple enterprise‑wide AI initiatives from concept to measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and scale a dedicated AI Delivery Factory, defining methodologies, governance frameworks and operating standards.
• Recruit, lead and develop senior transformation and delivery leaders.
• Prioritise AI initiatives based on business value, complexity and scalability.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of concurrent AI programmes, removing blockers and managing risks.
• Ensure data readiness, infrastructure, security and integration for production‑ready AI solutions.
• Manage strategic delivery partners and track measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience leading enterprise AI transformation programmes at scale.
• Proven senior executive leadership with strong stakeholder management and operational oversight.
• Deep knowledge of modern AI technologies, especially Agentic AI and Large Language Models.
• Experience building high‑performing delivery teams and repeatable frameworks.
