Head of Asset Management – Sales Director, GCC

About the role

Based in our Dubai office, you will launch and lead the business development activities for Rothschild & Co's Asset Management division across the GCC region. The focus is on wealth distribution channels, while also pursuing institutional opportunities as they arise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities from scratch, building a client portfolio with clear annual growth targets.
• Organise local marketing initiatives, roadshows, webinars and events to promote the brand and generate qualified leads.
• Stay informed on market developments and expand knowledge of target client segments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple locations to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in fund sales within the UAE.
• Proven ability to build long‑term professional relationships and close deals.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable leading a start‑up business line.
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment products.

Required skills

• Fund sales experience in the GCC market.
• Client pitching and deal‑closing expertise.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and French are a plus.
