About the role
We are seeking a Head of Biology to lead the Biology department at GEMS Founders School Al Mizhar in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee curriculum delivery, support teachers and drive academic excellence across KS3, KS4 and optionally KS5.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree and a recognized teaching qualification (BEd, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent).
- Exceptional subject knowledge in Biology.
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4; KS5 experience is an advantage.
- Minimum four years teaching the National Curriculum for England.
- Proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning.
