Head of Broker Relations

About the role

The Head of Broker Relations will lead the company’s engagement with broker partners across the UAE insurance market. This senior position is responsible for building strong relationships with broker owners, senior leadership, and operational teams to drive adoption of the firm’s broker solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead broker market engagement and nurture relationships with broker owners, senior leadership, placement heads, and operational teams.
• Drive adoption and growth of broker solutions across the UAE insurance market.
• Manage strategic broker accounts, supporting onboarding, retention, and expansion initiatives.
• Understand broker workflows for quotation, placement, renewals, endorsements, servicing, and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, sales, support, and leadership teams to improve platform adoption and user experience.
• Provide market intelligence and broker feedback to inform product enhancements and business growth.
• Identify commercial opportunities such as cross‑sell, upsell, and account expansion.
• Represent the company in broker meetings, presentations, demos, events, and market discussions.

Required profile

• Strong experience with a UAE insurance company in broker relationship management, distribution, channel management, or business development.
• Extensive network and relationships with insurance brokers across the UAE.
• In‑depth understanding of the UAE broker landscape and insurer‑broker workflows.
• Proven ability to manage broker relationships and drive business growth through broker channels.
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing, Management or related field; CII/ACII or relevant certifications are a plus.
