Head of Business Development

About the role

ENTER Green Buildings (EGB), an international construction company, is looking for an experienced Head of Business Development & Contract Acquisition to drive growth in the UAE construction market. The role reports to the Head of UAE and combines business development, contract acquisition and marketing leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, negotiate and secure profitable construction contracts directly from developers and project owners.
• Build strong client relationships and develop a sustainable pipeline of general contracting, design‑and‑build and turnkey projects.
• Manage company registrations, contractor accreditations and pre‑qualification across developer and procurement platforms.
• Coordinate proposals, commercial negotiations and contract awards, ensuring profitability and acceptable risk.
• Lead the Marketing Team, develop strategies to strengthen EGB’s brand, generate qualified leads and support contract acquisition.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen EGB’s position in the UAE construction industry.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UAE construction industry experience with a proven track record of securing contracts.
• Established network of UAE developers, consultants and project owners.
• Strong knowledge of contractor pre‑qualification, tendering and commercial negotiations.
• Experience leading business development and marketing activities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and results‑oriented approach.
