Head of Compliance Solutions – MENA

About the role

The Regional Head of Compliance Solutions for the MENA region will lead the expansion and delivery of Apex Group’s compliance and regulatory services across the Middle East and North Africa. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the portfolio, drive commercial growth and ensure operational excellence while supporting the firm’s global fund administration and middle‑office capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional strategy for compliance solutions, aligning with global objectives.
• Oversee product development, commercial expansion and client acquisition in MENA markets.
• Engage with regulators, maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, CRS/FATCA, ESG and corporate‑governance requirements.
• Lead and develop a cross‑border team of compliance professionals, ensuring high service quality.
• Monitor operational performance, risk management and delivery standards to guarantee scalable, market‑leading solutions.

Required profile

• Strong regulatory background with extensive experience in compliance frameworks.
• Proven leadership managing regional teams and delivering complex, cross‑jurisdictional projects.
• Deep understanding of fund administration, middle‑office processes and client‑facing services.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with regulators and senior clients.
