Head of Content, Creative & Digital Marketing

About the role

NKN Media is entering a new growth phase across media, entertainment, international events and digital IPs. We are seeking a senior leader to shape and execute our digital growth story, overseeing content, creativity, social media and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall content and digital strategy.
• Lead creative direction, storytelling and brand building across platforms.
• Manage social channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
• Generate leads, optimise conversion funnels and analyse digital media performance.
• Plan and execute digital media buying, analytics and audience growth initiatives.
• Introduce AI‑driven content and digital innovation.
• Lead and mentor creative, social and performance teams.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in content, creative and digital marketing leadership.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing campaigns and build a strong digital culture.
• Strategic thinker who can turn audience attention into measurable business results.
• Based in Dubai and able to work onsite.
