About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to build and head a high‑impact Data, AI, Intelligent Automation and Analytics practice for a leading technology solutions provider in the region. The role will shape AI adoption across large transformation programmes and drive innovative solutions for external clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and scale a market‑leading Data & AI capability.
• Drive enterprise‑wide AI adoption and accelerate ongoing transformation initiatives.
• Develop and commercialise AI solutions and services for external clients.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high‑value AI use cases and create adoption roadmaps.
• Grow the function by building high‑performing teams, capabilities and client relationships.

Required profile

• Senior leader with extensive experience in Data, AI, Analytics and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale technology or transformation programmes.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational delivery and commercial acumen.
• Experience building, scaling or transforming a Data & AI function, not just managing an existing team.
• Background in consulting, technology services, large enterprises or complex transformation environments.
