Head of Design & Development

About the role

The Head of Design & Development will lead the complete design‑to‑build journey for WYLD and Warrior destinations, ensuring every project aligns with brand standards, operational needs, sustainability goals and construction feasibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development from concept creation through construction delivery.
• Establish and maintain design standards, technical specifications and brand guidelines.
• Develop design briefs that reflect business objectives, guest experience, operational requirements and budget.
• Manage and coordinate architects, interior designers, landscape architects, MEP consultants and specialist advisors.
• Oversee design development, technical reviews, value engineering and construction documentation.
• Act as primary liaison between design, development, operations, procurement and construction teams.
• Monitor project execution to protect design intent and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead design‑to‑build projects in hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
