Head of Development – Lead Software Teams

About the role

The Head of Development will define and drive the technical vision for iSOLUTION’s software teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. This senior leader will build high‑performing teams, champion quality, and act as the primary liaison between engineering and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Set technical direction and strategy, aligning development efforts with overall business objectives.
• Manage the full team lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes, code reviews, and testing strategies.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to meet timelines and budget.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication, translating technical concepts for product, marketing, and operations stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 8+ years designing scalable enterprise software.
• At least 7 years of experience leading and managing software development teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
