About the role

Al Tayer Insignia is looking for a Head of Digital Technology to lead the end‑to‑end architecture, engineering and technical operations of its multi‑brand, multi‑region digital commerce ecosystem across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the digital commerce technology vision, roadmap and execution strategy.
• Align technology initiatives with business growth, omni‑channel expansion and customer experience goals.
• Drive innovation across headless commerce, MACH architectures, API‑first integrations and cloud‑native platforms.
• Act as senior technology advisor to business, product and commercial stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and on‑budget delivery of Al Tayer Digital Commerce requirements.
• Manage cross‑functional engineering teams from concept to production while staying hands‑on.
• Define standards and SOPs that bring consistency and resilience to the technical infrastructure.
• Own enterprise architecture across Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SCAPI/SLAS, composable storefronts and related systems.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technology leader with deep experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA, Headless, SCAPI, SLAS).
• Proven expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management, composable architecture and API‑first integrations.
• Strong background in cloud‑native architectures and enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Order Management, and Product Information Management.
• Ability to partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality digital experiences.
