Head of Early Years – International School, Dibba Fujairah

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring Head of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to lead the Early Years department of a prestigious international school in Dibba, Fujairah. You will shape the learning journey of our youngest learners, fostering curiosity, creativity and resilience in a play‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the EYFS curriculum, ensuring alignment with American, IPC and IMYC frameworks.
• Oversee day‑to‑day teaching and learning, maintaining world‑class standards of child development and assessment.
• Mentor and support teachers, promoting best practice, professional development and collaborative culture.
• Engage families and the wider school community to create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere.
• Manage resources, budgets and facilities related to early years, including STEAM labs and digital suites.

Required profile

• Degree in Early Childhood Education (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience in Early Years, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading KG or Early Childhood departments in an international or multicultural school.
• Strong knowledge of the American curriculum and early years best practices.
