Head of Finance & Business Partnering – UAE National

About the role

This is a unique opportunity for a UAE National finance professional to help shape a finance function from the ground up. Operating as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, you will support decision‑making, design processes, implement technology solutions and contribute to the organisation’s long‑term growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support.
• Design and implement scalable finance processes, controls and governance structures.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow implementation.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, business cases and long‑term financial planning activities.

Required profile

• UAE National with experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision‑making and provide commercial insight.
• Experience improving processes, implementing change or supporting transformation initiatives.
• Interest in technology, automation and modern finance operating models.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
