Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance is a full‑time, on‑site senior position based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring strong financial governance across Autochim Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance team in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management to support strategic decisions.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements and management reports while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on investment decisions, risk management and performance analysis.
• Optimize financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy, and liaise with auditors, banks and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to long‑term financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in an industrial, technology or related business environment.
• Strong expertise in financial statements, reporting, advanced budgeting and financial planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
• Solid understanding of UAE/MENA regulatory, tax and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership, team‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
