Head of Home Finance Operations

About the role

The Head of Home Finance Operations leads end‑to‑end operational, governance and execution functions for the Home Finance business across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Reporting at senior‑management level, the role ensures operational excellence, regulatory and Shari’a compliance, and supports a high‑value portfolio of roughly AED 1.5 billion per month.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Home Finance Operations across two locations, overseeing booking, disbursement, post‑disbursement servicing, collections support and account maintenance.
• Maintain full compliance with CBUAE regulations, internal policies and Shari’a Board directives, ensuring audit‑ready operations.
• Design and sustain SOPs, control frameworks, KRIs and escalation mechanisms to minimise losses, errors and complaints.
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives, partnering with IT, Digital and Data teams on system enhancements, UATs, integrations and workflow optimisation.
• Champion a customer‑centric operating model, embedding service SLAs, quality assurance and root‑cause analysis to improve experience and reduce friction.
• Support portfolio growth by ensuring operational readiness for new products, regulatory changes and strategic initiatives, providing data‑driven insights to senior management.
• Act as primary operational partner to Business, Credit, Risk, Compliance and Technology functions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level leader with proven experience in large‑scale finance operations, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑location teams (approximately 40+ staff) and drive audit readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with Business, Risk, Shari’a, Compliance and Technology.
• Track record of delivering operational excellence and supporting high‑volume sales performance.
